A cross departmental and faculty discussion meeting on entropy targeted at all members of the University.

This workshop is designed to bring together different perspectives on the concept of entropy. Entropy arises in linguistics, themodynamics, information theory, chemistry and artificial intelligence. By bringing together experts in these areas we aim to build a wider understanding of how entropy is viewed from these different perspectives.
